UX is admittedly quite lacking at the moment, but it will be addressed after the next major content is added (base building.)
The ship flying around is there to test out the weapons on. If you kill the ships they will get harder and eventually have weapons, but its just a combat test dummy at the moment.

i really like this concept but i think an explanation of how everything works would be a good addition
